MEG BUTLER

Senior Teacher Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement Teacher

Meg Butler has had a lifelong curiosity with the life sciences. She followed her interest to the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned her BA in Biology and was introduced to the subjects of Human Physiology and Anatomy. These subjects sparked a fascination with the human body and how it works. In 1989 Meg became a massage therapist and later, while concurrently pursuing her Rosen Method training, she taught massage for six years. She turned her focus completely to the Rosen Method, because Rosen Method allowed her to touch people more deeply and effectively with less effort. She has built a successful private practice in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and has been instrumental in spreading Rosen Method in Southern California. An artist at heart, Meg’s creative and playful nature infuses her Movement classes with joy.
