We are pleased to announce a new forum for participation and connection in the Rosen community — the Berkeley Center Zoom Salons!
The first Rosen Salon was a great success! I look forward to the next one, on Saturday, April 24 at 10 am. The topic for the second Rosen Salon is: Opening Up Again–
How and when?
Returning — and grounding yourself to find what’s right for you.
We are all going through something that has never happened before in living memory. What issues are you facing and what feelings are coming up for you? What can the Berkeley Center teachers offer you in this unique time? This second Salon will be hosted by Kate O’Shea and Elyze Stewart, with most of the Berkeley Center faculty present. Together these teachers are the guardians of the legacy of Marion Rosen at the Berkeley Center, and are keeping the light of Rosen burning in the Bay Area through the pandemic so that the school survives and flourishes again. I have found these teachers to be amazing and true to the spirit of Rosen throughout this year. I invite you to join me as Kate O’Shea and Elyze Stewart lead this second Salon and reaffirm the Rosen fundamentals of “being with”, witnessing, and vulnerability in these uncertain times.
Your support is vital to preserving the precious gift of Rosen Method! The Salons will take place on the fourth Saturday of each month, on April 24th and May 22.
10 to 11:30 am
$25 for each gathering
Come together with faculty from the Berkeley Center to learn, share, and discuss various juicy topics, and to connect with one another. This is an informal forum where all are welcome. Bring your experiences, wonder, curiosity, and musings.
Looking forward to seeing you,
Teachers of Rosen Method: the Berkeley Center
