Living From Your Core: Holistic Anatomy
Sunday, June 2-Monday, June 3, 2019
Kate O’Shea physical therapist, Rosen Method Senior Movement Teacher, Rosen Method Bodywork Training Teacher, Teacher of Holistic Anatomy with decades of experience working with the body. Jane Pittsinger physical therapist, Rosen Method Bodywork Training Teacher, Rosen Movement Intern and teacher of Holistic Anatomy. Jane and Kate bring a deep understanding of anatomy from a Rosen perspective. Focusing on the areas of the body that are most important to Rosen Method and the mind-body connection, this workshop is experiential and more than just memorizing names and places of muscles and bones.
In these 2 days we will come to know our Deep Spine with all it’s connections, which give us both support and mobility. The core is where our life, spirituality and creativity may ome from. How would it feel to experience your center from the inside out? Peel back the layers of knowing through anatomy, palpation, movement, bodywork, and sharing. This is an exciting opportunity, not to be missed!
