September 27 Rosen Method Open House

September 28 Rosen Method Introductory Workshop

9:30 am - 4 pm
Tuition: $90

Join senior teacher, Theresa Garcia and teacher candidate, Elyze Stewart in this one-day workshop, which will be of special interest to those who are massage therapists, nurses and psychotherapists. It is also intended to benefit people from all walks of life who want greater physical and emotional aliveness and more access to somatic awareness. December 6 - 13 Rosen Method Winter Bodywork Intensive

Tuition: $1035 ($50 late fee will be added to registrations after Nov. 21)

Learning to sense, move and feel non-judgmentally, we gain access to our inner guidance for choosing a fulfilling life. Directors of training in various schools, Gloria Hessellund and Bill Samsel are first-generation students of Marion and they teach this week long bodywork intensive. February 21 - 25 Rosen Method Movement Weekend & Intensive

Feb. 21 - 22 Rosen Method Movement Weekend

10 am - 4 pm
Tuition $275 (Add $25 if registered after Feb. 6)

Come to the first two days of the Movement Intensive and find out if it's for you. Founded by Marion Rosen, PT, the exercises focus on moving the joints, bones, and muscles in accordance with the body's natural structure. Feb. 21 - 25 Rosen Method Movement Intensive

10 am - 4 pm
Tuition $625 (Add $50 if registered after Feb. 6)

Come to the winter Movement Intensive for an experience of moving from within your core. Reconnect with your body and discover new depths of aliveness in yourself. Join Kate O'Shea and Theresa Garcia for five days of discovery and play, including movement classes taught by master teachers, sharing circles that allow for connection and community and movement anatomy you can bring to your everyday life. It counts toward certification as a Rosen Method movement teacher. For first-time participants, an application process is required for registration. Feb. 26 - Mar. 1 Holistic Anatomy with Cadaver Lab

9:30 am - 3:45 pm Tuition: $510 (Add $40 if registered after Feb.6)

This 4-day workshop taught by Teri Katz and Jane Pittsinger is a multi-sensory, experiential exploration of the mystery and complexity of the human body/mind. This unique workshop integrates anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, and it includes a two-hour cadaver lab. Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous knowledge and experience. Instructors provide lectures with anatomy images, movement analysis, palpation and functional applications. This course is valuable as professional development, continuing education and personal growth. It fulfills the pre-requisite for participation in any Rosen Method training program. April 11 - 18 Rosen Method Bodywork Spring Intensive

9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuition: $1035 (Add $50 if registered after Mar 27)

Gloria Hessellund, senior teacher, and co-teacher TBA, will conduct our annual Spring Intensive. This spring is an opportune time to encourage the seeds of change that are emerging within you. Rosen Method fosters a depth of body/mind connection and creates direct access to the emotions and the spirit. Rosen Intensives give extraordinary insight into what has held you back and what is possible. This course is one of the modules that make up the Intensive Training Program in Rosen Method bodywork.
